How to Renew the VOA yourself
If you wish to extend yourself, extensions must be done online using the evisa website. You cannot do in person unless you are elderly, but you will still need to then go to bank to pay for the extension
Find your existing stay permit in the evisa system and click Extend
If you got your visa via the AlIndonesia app and did not upload passport, you will need to upload your passport, photo and pdf flight ticket. If you got your visa your visa online, you will still need to upload your pdf ticket again
You need to put your accommodation address that you will be at for the next 5 business days (allow for public holidays)
You can by credit card or at a major bank. One payment for each family member, you cannot pay for multiple people at once. Once you have extended, you must retrieve your file if you close the website.
You cannot pay for your extension at the airport or an Immigration office
Once you pay for your extension you will need to visit immigration for a photo within 3 business days (it must be the correct office, you cannot go to just any office) - check for public holidays
Check your e-visa account regularly for your new stay permit - you cannot leave the country until it is issued
