You can only use one email for 5 visas, that includes any that you have already submitted but did not pay for.

So, if you did the family and cannot do one more...Check how many times you used that email address and use a different one.

If you open the link direct from a Facebook page, the payment will always show as failed...but the money will be charged to your credit card.

Indoneaisa government websites always end in .go.id.

Uploading your PASSPORT

You need a clear flat photo or scan to image of only your biodata page.

Take a photo, then trim it to size. Make sure your thumb is not showing on the passport

The system will scan your passport once you upload it, and if it can be read a pop up will appear showing your passport and your biodata

Airport is Bandara in Indonesian

If flying into Bali, you land at the Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS)

Check what the system has put, as it is not always correct.

Double check, as you cannot edit once you have paid for your visa ⚠️

Your name MUST match your passport name

Put in your phone number

⚠️ The system often mistakes the letter O for a Zero

⚠️ Any mistakes with your passport number and you will not be able to use the visa.

It is really important that you click all the boxes. ✅ If you miss a box and using an Iphone it will not warn you when submitting (it will just be a grey Submit button)

KAB means Kabupaten (Regency)
Kota means City.

Start typing your hotel regency, for example type Badu and Kab.Badung will show

It does not really matter too much if you choose the wrong one, unless you plan on extending the visa, or have any immigration issues, but here are some examples of popular areas in Bali

Fill in your email address (you can use the same email for 5 people only)

If using a small device, you need to scroll accross until you see the Payment button, click that

Note: You only have 59 minutes to pay, if you do not pay in that time, you must start all over again.

You can only pay for one visa at a time, so complete the payment for each before starting the next visa.

Once you have clicked on the previous dark blue payment button, your application will open.

✅ Time to check your name and passport information one more time before paying

✅ Click Make a Payment at the bottom of the screen

👉 Do not click back, you will have to start again.

👉 If it comes up payment failed, check first that the visa was not issued, before trying again (it will always come up failed if you use a link via Facebook)

Don't worry, if payment shows as failed yet your card has been charged, you probably still have a visa. You can check to see if you have one here https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/web/find-batch

You may see a few attempts that you have made, scroll across to the right to see the Action column

If there is no Active Visas, you will need to try again.

Drafts cannot be edited.

✅ Waiting Payment (in blue ) Can still be used to make payment. You still have time to pay.

Once payment is made your visa will be emailed to you. Check SPAM if not received.

If you do not receive your visa by email within 1 hour, check to make sure it was issued

Go to the PAID one, click Detail

The new AllIndonesia Customs and Health Declaration also allows you to apply for your visa once you have filled in your delaration.

Currently it works well with the lead traveller, not so much with accompanying travellers.
