Using the link below request an invoice to start the process. Please make sure you meet requrements for a visa before requesting an invoice. Invoices need to be paid wihtin 24 hours of issuing or will be cancelled and not re-issued.

Once you pay for your invoice, we immediately (during business hours) send you the application form along with a Document Guide so you can see examples of what you need to send us.

To avoid delays, we have a guide that shows you how to scan your passport, take your visa photo, and how your bank statements should look etc.

It is important to follow the Guide as immigration are very fussy with their document and photo requirements.

Once you have your documents ready, fill in the data form and email the whole families documents to us.

If you follow the Guide, that's it, your work is done.

Your passport cannot have less than 6 months until its expiry date when you enter Indonesia.

We will need a scan of your biodata page.

The Immigration Visa Photo size is not similar to other countries, so you can take one at home and we will make it look like a professional passport photo - it cannot be older than 6 months

You need the most recent bank statements for the last 3 months, showing your balance has not gone below US$2000 for the past 3 months (can be in any currency) must be an official translation into English if not using latin alphabet.

You cannot put the US$2000 money in now, it must have been in your bank account for 3 months.
