Make sure there are no less than 3 working days until your current visa expires

You can only extend for a further 30 days

Request an invoice (it will be sent during business hours)

We will check your current visa before issuing the invoice to ensure it is extendable

We will issue the invoice and once paid we will advice what we need from you (such a if we need a passport, photo etc)

We will need your flight ticket or booking number (we can usually retrieve from the airline for you)

We will process your extension and send you the confirmation from Immigration

We will contact you to arrange your photo at immigration and instructions on where to go, what to wear, what to do

We will monitor your extension and advise you one completed and send your the new stay permit

Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card/debit card (no need to open a PayPal account). PayPal Fee is 4.4%. Our company name is PT Kunte Sibrach, trading as C.Bali. If you wish to pay by transfer using WISE or another international payment service the details of our bank account will be on your PayPal Invoice.
