What Documents you will need

PASSPORT  - Not less than 12 months until expiry date upon the date you wish to enter Indonesia

PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENTS in applicants name -  Your balance cannot have gone below US$2000 for the entire 3 months. Please read our Q&A below for more details

DIGITIAL PASSPORT PHOTO 4 x 6 - you can take one at home and we will turn it into a professional passport photo

*Birth Certificates for any children under 18 years of age

Document Checking

 Our staff do not check your documents or start on your file until payment is made.

Please don't be cheeky and send documents before you pay for our service, a VERY large part of our time is spent checking your documents.

Visa Length

Your visa starts from the date of visa issue. You have 90 days to enter Indonesia or the visa will be void.

The visa starts from the date it is issued and is valid till the expiry date on the visa.  Should your last visit be near the expiry date, you must leave before that date or you will have overstay.   

Payment.

Your visa application will not be processed until we have received full payment.

 Payment can be made by international bank transfer in IDR only, or by PayPal (can be paid by credit card/debit card without opening a PayPal account (4.4% PayPal fee)

Once the application has begun with immigration there are no refunds as immigration do not give refunds.
