Booking Form
Before you Book

Have you checked our dates and availability page? Please check before placing your booking to avoid disappointment.

When you make a booking, make sure you advise us if your hotel is booked under another name,  we may need to phone the hotel to leave you a message of a time change etc.

Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive a paypal deposit (credit card secure payment) request for US$15 per person (approximately 130,000rp). The deposit will need to need to be paid within 24 hours to secure your booking or the booking will be automatically cancelled. Balance is payable in Indonesian Rupiah on tour, contact us if you do not have a credit card for alternative arrangements.

Bookings are always confirmed within 12 hours so if you do not receive your confirmation check your junk inbox (SPAM folder).

ATTENTION SOLO TRAVELLERS: If there are places available between 1 and 6 then we can fit you in, no need to find a second person.

If you wish to do a tour tomorrow? please ensure the date is available and that there are places available. If there are places available then please use our on-line booking form below and ensure you contact us by phone/sms, noting that we could be on tour so we may have to call you back, so leave a message. If you have a paypal account it will make things easier, a deposit will be required, if you cannot use paypal you will need to phone us to make alternative cash arrangements before 12noon the day prior. We cannot guarantee a placement if your booking is made later than 12noon the day prior.  Many thanks

Pick up is complimentary from the following locations:

  • Tuban
  • Kuta
  • Legian
  • Seminyak *
  • Sanur
  • Ubud Central

Areas that attract a fuel charge (per pick up):

  • Jimbaran - 25,000rp
  • Nusa Dua - 100,000rp
  • Uluwatu - 75,000rp
  • Kerobokan * - 50,000rp
  • Ubud Outer ** - 25,000rp

*Please note we consider the border of Seminyak and Kerobokan to be Jalan Kunti.

**Please note some areas are listed as Ubud but are 20-30minutes away - see our Pick Up Areas to ensure your hotel/villa is in a pick up area

Pick up is NOT AVAILABLE in other areas of Bali, if you still wish to do one our tours and you can arrange your own transport, please click here for details on discount.  Please advise in Special Requests that No Transport is required.

For overnight tours, we can arrange a drop off in another area of Bali (there may be a charge if over 2 hours from Mt Batur).
