Have you checked our Calendar of Tour Dates for Availability? Have you checked that your hotel is in a pick up location? Please double check before placing your booking to avoid disappointment, it is your responsibility to check this first.
Step 2
Fill in the booking form below, use the name your hotel is booked under and the country on your passport in case we need to phone the hotel to leave you a message of a time change or if we are running late etc. Please do not use this form if you only have a question, please use our contact form as we will only receive the booking form when the deposit is paid.
Step 3
Once you have filled in your booking form you will be required to pay a deposit (credit card secure payment) for US$20 per person (US$30 for a solo traveler) to secure your booking. Balance is payable in Indonesian Rupiah on tour (you will be sent an email receipt with exact balance payable).
Filling in the Booking Form - technical issues
We apologise for any inconvience, our booking form requires you to be using an up to date browser, if you have any issues try using a new browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Below is the booking form, we do not receive it unless you pay the deposit so DO NOT use it if you only have a question or we will not be able to answer you - please contact us if you only have a question.

This form is for bookings only, without a deposit paid the booking is not complete and will expire after 1 hour, please click here if you just wish to contact us.
Once your deposit is paid via paypal your exact pick up time and balance due details will be emailed to you the same day during 9am-9pm (Bali time), or the following morning if booking made after business hours.
Cut off Time For Booking Tours
for the following day - we cannot guarantee your place if we do not have your booking and deposit before 7pm the day prior to your preferred date. If you book the day before your confirmation will come through before 9pm with your pick up time.
Don't Have a Credit Card?
contact us via email if you do not have a credit card to see if we will be near your hotel and we can collect a cash deposit (we cannot guarantee a place if others book and pay a deposit before we have time to answer your email and we cannot guarantee we can collect the deposit). DO NOT fill in the booking form as a way to contact us as we do not receive it unless the deposit is paid. Click here to email.
Don't Have a PayPal Account?
all you need to do is select the amount 0f people and the tour you want using our "Deposit - No. of People" and "Tour Type" buttons. When you are ready to complete your transaction, click the "Pay Now" button in your shopping cart and you will be taken to a PayPal payment page. Underneath the PayPal log-in area, there is an option that says, "Don't Have A PayPal Account?" Just click this and you can pay directly with your credit or debit card. It's that easy!
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are used to secure your booking and are transferrable (held for 12 months) but not refundable. If you wish to change your booking please do so at least 48 hours prior to the tour start time. If you wish to cancel please do so by email. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the tour - we will do our utmost to find another day that suits you or your deposit will be refunded in full. By making this booking you are committing to these terms. Balance of payment is made in Indonesian Rupiah on the day of the tour.
